We’ll come together to celebrate the Winter Solstice - a time of stillness, reflection, and renewal. Together, we'll sip on blue lotus tea, a plant that opens the heart, enhances intuition, and deepens our meditative states.
The tea will gently put us in a state of tranquility. I will guide you through a grounding meditation designed to align your energy with the seasonal shift. This meditation will help you release what no longer serves you and create space for the light and possibilities of the coming year.
We will then transition into a Reiki-infused sound bath, where the vibrations of crystal bowls will harmonize the mind, body, and spirit. Setting the intention to amplify relaxation, balance your energy centers, and leave feeling refreshed and aligned.
