About Me
I’m a Reiki Master, Sound Healer, and RYT-200 with a deep reverence for the healing power that lives within each of us. My journey has been one of remembering — moving through childhood wounds, ancestral trauma, toxic relationships, and layers of self-doubt to come home to self-love, compassion, and truth.I walk the path of inner healing and now hold space for others to do the same — to reconnect with their inner wisdom, awaken their authenticity, and live a life that feels deeply aligned. While my roots began in yoga, my calling has expanded into energy healing, sound healing, plant medicine, and sacred ceremony. I currently offer 1:1 healing sessions, group experiences, guided meditations, ceremonial circles, mentorship programs, workshops, and retreats — all created with care, intention, and love. I also share handcrafted tinctures and bath mixes as an extension of this work, infusing them with loving intentions, plant wisdom, and energetic integrity.
Vision
To nurture a world where people feel safe to be whole; their authentic selves — connected to their truth, their inner medicine, and the wisdom of the Earth. I envision sacred spaces where healing, remembrance, and transformation unfold — not through fixing, but through guiding people back to the medicine already within them. A community rooted in love, support, and integrity. A path that honors the sacred, the mystical, our experience— all at once.
Intention
My intention is to walk beside you on your healing journey — to hold space with gentleness and depth as you peel back the layers, meet your truth, and reclaim your joy. I’m here to guide you through energy, sound, and plant wisdom — not to give you answers, but to help you remember your own. This work is sacred to me. I honor it deeply, and I offer it from a place of authenticity, humility, and devotion. Whether through a session, a circle, a ceremony, or a tincture — everything created is infused with the intention to help you return home to yourself.
